An Easy Recipe

I can’t deny the fact that I love bagels.  In fact, I love bagels so much that my wife makes me one for breakfast almost every morning.  I love tasting different types of bagels but my favorite is “everything” bagel with eggs and bacon.

My wife and I usually buy the bagels, make the eggs over easy and pan fry the bacon.  We then cut the bagel in half with a bagel cutter and treat the bagel as two pieces of bread, making a sandwich type meal.

Speaking of cutting bagels, we used to have such a hard time cutting it up. We tried to use a knife to cut the bagels up at first but it was very hard to cut it up without cutting our hand. Ever since my wife cut her hand, we went out and looked for a bagel cutter. I don’t know why but no one sells these! Finally, we found the Larien Bagel Biter on Amazon and it made this complicated and dangerous task extremely easy. You put the bagel in, push down and it cuts it up! Now, I feel comfort that my wife won’t hurt herself anymore.

To put the final touches on this wonderful breakfast, what we usually do is make a nice cup of espresso coffee! The strong taste of the espresso gives a great contrast to the taste of the bagel, making a wonderful meal.

Yum.. It makes me want to eat it again just writing about it!
