Eating Salad For Dinner

I’ve started to eat salad only every single day in an attempt to lose some weight. It’s working so far because I’ve lost about 10 pounds in a few weeks. Combined with my excerise schedule of running 3 times a week for 28 minutes, I feel much more energetic and happy.
Salad is not really my favorite food. In fact, I am known as the person who hates salad by everyone who knows me. However, once you just keep eating it, it doesn’t taste that bad. As a motivator though, I’m starting off by eating caesar salad (not exactly the healthiest of salads from it’s a start).
Like I said, it hasn’t been that bad. The result is:
- Lost 10 pounds
- Feel more energetic
- Saved some money by eating less and not eating out
- Saved time because it takes much less time to eat
Not too bad for eating some salads huh?

hey salads only work if you put the right things in it. If you hate salads you should try the diets for idots I have lot 35 ponds in 1 month in a half
