Eating Salad For Dinner

caesar salad is not too healthy but it is still a salad

I've started to eat salad only every single day in an attempt to lose some weight.  It's working so far because I've lost about 10 pounds in a few weeks.  Combined with my excerise schedule of running 3 times a week for 28 minutes, I feel much more energetic and happy.

Salad is not really my favorite food.  In fact, I am known as the person who hates salad by everyone who knows me.  However, once you just keep eating it, it doesn't taste that bad.  As a motivator though, I'm starting off by eating caesar salad (not exactly the healthiest of salads from it's a start).

Like I said, it hasn't been that bad.  The result is:

  • Lost 10 pounds
  • Feel more energetic
  • Saved some money by eating less and not eating out
  • Saved time because it takes much less time to eat

Not too bad for eating some salads huh?
