Foodbuzz Gathering in OC
A big thanks goes out to Kirsten and Ryan from Food Buzz for allowing so many of us to meet at Blanca’s in Newport Beach!
The night was fabulous with amazing wine, wonderful food and lovely company! It was great meeting all of you and I hope to see you guys soon! Here’s some photos we took during dinner.
Asparagus Salad – Burrata cheese, toasted hazel nuts, arugula, truffle vinaigrette
Roasted Flank Steak – Whole roasted garlic, Taleggio cheese potatoes, red wine reduction, herb salad
Roasted Dover Sole – Tuscan white beans, Spanish chorizo, market carrots, parsley espuma
Manjari “Grand cru” chocolate decadence – Salted caramel, ice cream, coffee chips, Spanish almonds

Yes the food was great. I’m thinking about going back there again soon with my wife, really liked the location. I can’t wait till some of us can hang out again over a good meal, I had an awesome time!

Hey just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The text in your post seem to be running off the screen in Internet explorer. I’m not sure if this is a format issue or something to do with web browser compatibility but I thought I’d post to let you know. The design look great though! Hope you get the problem solved soon. Woah! I’m really loving the template/theme of this site. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very difficult to get that “perfect balance” between usability and appearance.
