An Easy Recipe

I'm going to my uncle's house for some amazing barbeque steak tonight.  It will be a great dinner because of the great food and also good wines that we will consume.

The way my uncle prepares the BBQ steaks is by marinating them with soy sauce, pepper, green onions.  When it's time to grill them, he takes them out of the sauce and add lemon pepper on top when it is being grilled.  It is simply delicious and he also likes it because it is extremely easy to cook!

When I get there, we immediately become excited and hungry because we can smell it as we get out of our car!

Then there's the wine.  Oh the wine.  My uncle is a wine collector and naturally he has an abundance of great wine.  He loves buying them and since not many people go to his house, he ends up bringing out very expensive and good wines when I go over so we can enjoy it together! The wine is so smooth!
