What Do You Do When You Are Hungry

Some people are hungry more often than others but we all get hungry. Some of us decide to attend to this while others just wait till their regular meal hours.
Today, I decided to grab a cookie and eat half of it. It was tasty, but it was also fattening. I could've chose to eat a fruit, or have milk. However, I surrendered to the sweet taste of the cookie.
Often times, what we do when we are hungry dictates how fit we are. Many people who eat sweets when they are hungry, or maybe even junk food. Others however eat fruits, or something much healthier. Just remember that our body absorbs whatever we eat, so think long term before we take another bite out of the cookie!
