An Easy Recipe

• 2 cups of bisquick mix
• 1 cup of milk
• 2 eggs
• Vegatable oil or cooking spray
• 2 cups of fresh sliced strawberries
• half a cup of whipped cream

Instructions:

1. Mix Bisquick mix, milk and eggs together until it is blended
2. Put vegetable oil or coat with cooking spray on a griddle or skillet and heat to 375 degree F
3. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle for each pancake. Cook until edges are dry, then turn and cook until other side is golden brown.
4. Lay sliced strawberries over the pancakes, with whip cream on top.
