Honey Peach Salad: You will need, 2 cups peaches (sliced), 1 cup pears (sliced), three-quarters to one cup of plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt, 2 tablespoons chopped pecans, and honey (to taste). To serve: In a parfait glass or a dessert bowl, layer each ingredient. Place a layer of peaches and pears on bottom of glass or bowl, then a layer of yogurt, then some pecan pieces and then a drizzle of honey. Continue this way until you have used all the ingredients.
