Since the cooktop Is heat resistant, it does not heat quickly which can cause delay in cooking of larger meals if the stove is used commercially, or in serving the guests. It can take unusually long time, as compared to gas and oil stoves, to get heated properly and then cook the food.
Nevertheless, a GE Ceramic Cooktop is the most convenient way to purchase a stove. Purchasing a oven such as this one will provide your kitchen with a more sleek, modernized look and feel. The more advanced these types of stoves become, the more obsolete all other types will be.
