Japanese Miso Soup

Ingredients:
- Miso Paste - 1/3 cup
- Dried Seaweed - some
- Silk Style Tofu - 1 box
- Green Onions - some
- Water - 1000 cc
How to make this easy soup:
- Add dried seaweed and tofu (cut into small pieces) in a pot with water.
- Boil the water and leave it boil for 5 min.
- Add miso paste (mix with some water first) into the pot.
- Ready to serve with some green onions (optional).
Some tips you might want to know:
- Mix the miso paste with some warm water first. It will be easier to dissolve in the pot.
- Buy the miso paste in a Japanese supermarket. It usually fresher and taste better. Personally, I like red miso paste better than white miso paste because it has stronger flavor.
