Kale Chips

An easy recipe for Kale chips which is much heathier than popcorn, potato chips and french fries.

Ingredients of Kale Chips

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 medium bunch kale (12 ounce), stemmed and chopped into pieces

Directions to Easily Prepare Kale Chips

  1. Place rack in the center of the oven for even heating in a 350 degree F preheated oven.
  2. Blend everything except kale in a bowl, while placing kale in a different bowl tossed with dressing.
  3. Spread kale on a large baking sheet in a single layer
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes
  5. Toss chips and bake for another 7 to 8 minutes until crispy
