Kale Chips

An easy recipe for Kale chips which is much heathier than popcorn, potato chips and french fries.
Ingredients of Kale Chips
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of agave nectar
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 medium bunch kale (12 ounce), stemmed and chopped into pieces
Directions to Easily Prepare Kale Chips
- Place rack in the center of the oven for even heating in a 350 degree F preheated oven.
- Blend everything except kale in a bowl, while placing kale in a different bowl tossed with dressing.
- Spread kale on a large baking sheet in a single layer
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes
- Toss chips and bake for another 7 to 8 minutes until crispy
