Royal Ginger Chicken

This one is very easy to make also! I love chicken so this is one of my favorite dish!
Ingredients:
- Chicken Leg (boneless) – 800g (cut into pieces)
- Ginger – 1 chunk (cut into thin pieces)
- Sugar – 2 table spoons
- Soy Sauce– 2/3 cup
- Oil – some
- Water – 1/2 cup
Tools you will need:
- Flat Fried Pan – 1
- Zen style plate - 1
How to make this easy Chinese dish:
- Heat up the pan with some oil and put ginger (5 to 6 thin pieces) into the pan.
- Put chicken into the pan and pan fried into golden color.
- Add soy sauce and stir the chicken evenly. Spread the sugar and add the water.
- Put the lid on for 15-20 min.
- Serve this Royal Ginger Chicken on a nice Zen style plate.
- Enjoy it with some brown/white rice.
Some tips you might need:
- You can take out the ginger after you pan fried them for about 2-3 min, so the presentation will be nicer.
- Remember to spread the sugar after you add soy sauce. It will taste richer if you add the sugar lastly.
